Sergio's project

Sergio was student of the career 'Engineering in Bioinformatics'. He made the project 'Search for selective trandolaprilat-derived angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors by using de novo design'. In this project, he designed novel trandolaprilat derivatives by using de novo design and he explored the stability of the novel ligands inside the ACE binding site by using Molecular Dynamics and MM/GBSA calculations. He began his PhD in 2020.
